- Patient population: Adult & geriatric
- Case mix: 50% hematology / 50% oncology
- Reason for Coverage: New service line
- EMR: Epic

**Clinical Details**
- All outpatient hematology/oncology care
- Management of VAD/CV catheters
- Bone marrow biopsies
- Participation in tumor board
- Orders: tests, labs, imaging
- Blood bank orders
- Chemotherapy management (physician + nurse oncologist)
- No call
- No inpatient responsibilities

**Requirements**
- Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology
- Indiana medical license
- BLS

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel: Reimbursed
