  • 4 ten-hour days per week
  • 16 - 18 patients per day
  • 1 week per month schedule
  • Interventional pain procedures including epidurals and nerve blocks
  • Radio frequency ablation procedures required
  • Long-term coverage for at least 6 months
  • Hospital privileges required
  • Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
  • Assignment details and time entry in online portal
  • Competitive compensation
