Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Therapist to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care for individuals. This role includes behavioral health assessments, diagnoses, therapeutic interventions, and crisis response for both adolescents and adults. As part of an integrated care team, you will collaborate closely with medical professionals in a holistic, patient-first model. Applicants must hold, or be in the process of obtaining, an active LSCSW, LCPC, or LMFT license in the state of Missouri.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct behavioral health assessments and provide accurate diagnoses
  • Deliver ongoing individual therapy and crisis interventions as needed
  • Provide same-day care to patients with urgent mental health or substance use concerns
  • Work with adults 
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team in an integrated care setting
  • Maintain timely and confidential documentation using EMR/EHR systems
  • Monday–Friday, standard business hours 
  • No weekends or on-call.

Qualifications
  • Active or in-process LSCSW, LCPC license in Missouri
  • Experience working with adults
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency with EMR/EHR platforms
  • Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care
  • Passion for making a positive impact in the field of behavioral health
