Clinically Licensed Therapist | Full Time | Outpatient | On-site
Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Behavioral Health Provider to join our residential care team. In this role, you will provide counseling, therapy, and psychotherapy to clients and families in a residential setting. Responsibilities include developing and implementing treatment and discharge plans, conducting individual and group therapy, and responding to crisis situations with therapeutic interventions. Applicants must hold, or be in the process of obtaining, an active LICSW, LMCHC, or LMFT license in the state of New Hampshire. You will work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team and have the support of a physician-owned and operated practice that allows you to focus entirely on clinical care.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions in a residential setting
- Create and manage treatment and discharge plans tailored to client needs
- Provide crisis intervention and emergency therapeutic support as required
- Monitor and document client progress while maintaining strict confidentiality
- Participate in clinical meetings, therapy groups, and family reunification efforts
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate and enhance patient care
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours (option for 8- or 10-hour shifts).
- No weekends or on-call.
Qualifications
- Active or in-process LICSW, LMCHC, or LMFT license in New Hampshire
- Experience working with adults; comfortable treating children and adolescents
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems
- Passion for making a meaningful impact in mental health care
