Job Description

Length of need: Ongoing

Temp/Expedited Privileges: Yes, 90 days (CLEAN FILES ONLY)

Types of Cases: General, OB/GYN, Outpatient, Neuro, Orthopedics, Interventional Radiology, GI, Robotics, Pedi, Urology, Vascular and Thoracic Surgery, and Cardiac.

NO Trauma

Majority Case Type: General, Neuro, GI

Average Monthly Case: 2500

Required Procedures: Spinals, Epidurals

Life Support Requirements: ACLS, PALS

Shift Days: Monday - Friday, 8 hour shifts (7a-3:30p)

APPs will be required to work 2 weekend days per month. Does not have be consecutive. Weekend shifts will be 12 hours (7a-7p).

Minimum Number of shifts per month: 20

No Providers will be accepted who currently reside or have a primary residence in the counties of Broward, Palm Beach, or Dade County.
