Board Certified Required
Must Have Active FL License
Average Time to Credential: 90 days
Trauma Designation: Level 1
Types of Cases: Robotics, Gen. Surgery (a lot of laps), Neuro, Spines, Burns, Plastics, GYN, OB (not much of it), Trauma, Vascular, Ortho, Healthy Peds. No hearts.

Majority Case Type: Gen. Surgery, Robotics,Ortho
OB Delivery Average /Month: 200
# of Operating Rooms: 15 ORs, 4 endo, 2 cath, 2 OB
Call Required: Yes (Weekend Only)
EMR: Ipro
Weekend Required: Yes (2 Weekend Days per month, see details below)
Minimum Number of shifts per month: 16 plus weekend call

No Providers will be accepted who currently reside or have a primary residence in the counties of Broward, Palm Beach, or Dade County.
