- 3 - 10 shifts per month with shift lengths of 12 - 48 hours
- Function as sole provider covering ED and Med/Surg
- Average ED volume: 3.6 patients
- Average Med/Surg census: 1.4 patients
- Support includes 1 Advanced Practice Provider, 2 RNs per provider, 1 Paramedic
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
- We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
- We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
