**Assignment Details**
- Start Date: April 1, 2026
- End Date: Ongoing
- Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call
- Schedule: Weekday shifts start at 7 a.m. and rotate between 8–12 hours
- Additional shifts: Weekday evening 3 p.m.–11 p.m.; Weekday night 7 p.m.–7 a.m.
- Weekend shifts: 7 a.m.–7 p.m., 24-hour call (various call levels)
- Call Type: Beeper call; weekend call is remote
- Providers must be willing to work nights and weekends
- Team coverage model with multiple anesthesiologists sharing shifts
- Guaranteed hours: 8
- Overtime: Applies after 12 hours; must be pre-approved
- Estimated credentialing timeframe: 90–120 days
- EMR: Epic
- Support staff: RNs, MAs, APPs, office staff

- Inpatient anesthesia
- General anesthesia (adult, pediatric, trauma)
- Spinal anesthesia
- Epidural anesthesia
- Regional anesthesia
- OB anesthesia
- Neurosurgical anesthesia (head and spine)
- Thoracic anesthesia
- Complex vascular and orthopedic cases
- Pain management techniques
- Post-op extremity blocks and epidurals
- Ventilation management
- Evaluation and management of acute volume/BP issues
- Central and arterial line placement
- No open-heart cases required
- No CRNA supervision
- Must maintain recent hospital-based clinical activity

**Requirements**
- CA state license required
- Board Certified or Eligible
- BLS not required
- Must be willing to work all shift types including nights and weekends
- Must provide explanation for any gaps > 3 months
- Case logs required for presentation
- Must meet two years of recent hospital clinical activity

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel: Reimbursed
