**Assignment Details**
- Start Date: As soon as credentialed

- Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call
- Call Schedule: 1:3 weekdays (5 p.m.–7 a.m.), 1:3–1:4 weekends (Fri 5 p.m.–Mon 7 a.m.)
- Daytime hours vary daily—consults, ultrasound coverage, or standby
- Clinic volume: 50 patients/day
- Hospital volume: 5–10 patients/day
- EMR: Epic
- Ultrasound systems: GE Voluson; ViewPoint reporting
- Support: 1 RN, 4 MAs, 1 genetic counselor, 5 sonographers
- MFM physicians in group: 2 + 1 midlevel
- Response time: 20 minutes
- Estimated credentialing: ~90 days

**Clinical Details**
- 100% consultative Maternal-Fetal Medicine
- No supervision of residents or fellows
- Covers clinic consults, inpatient consults, and ultrasound oversight
- Cover shifts at 2 hospital locations, 10.6 miles apart
- Nursery levels I–III (transfers available for higher acuity)
- No supervision of APPs required

**Requirements**
- Board Certified in Maternal-Fetal Medicine
- Active CO license or active IMLC LOQ
- MFM/Perinatology experience
- Able to take frequent night and weekend call
- Comfort with high-volume clinic and consultative MFM

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
