Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Locums Diagnostic Radiology Physician to provide remote weekday coverage for a health system based in Charleston, West Virginia. This position offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule with no nights, weekends, or call responsibilities.
Position Details
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Weekend Requirements: None
- On-Call Requirements: None
- Setting: Remote (tele-radiology)
- Daily Volume Expectations (per 8-hour shift):
- 90–100 studies per day
- ~70 wRVUs
- Modalities Interpreted:
- X-ray
- CT
- MRI
- Ultrasound
- Nuclear Medicine
- Sub-Specialty Case Mix:
- Emergency Radiology: 50%
- Neuro: 20%
- Additional general diagnostic cases
Requirements
- Board Certification in Diagnostic Radiology
- Active West Virginia medical license or eligibility via IMLC
- DEA Registration
