• Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm with flexible hours and every other weekend coverage as needed
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week
• Average 5-10 patients per day with 2-6 inpatient evaluations weekly
• Critical access hospital with both inpatient and outpatient services
• Outpatient rehab including orthopedic, spine, and chronic pain management
• Acute inpatient and post-operative orthopedic and spine care required
• Pediatric outpatient and occupational health populations

Per week (based on a 40-hour work week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $23.00 - $41.35 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
