• Tuesday - Friday 7:30am - 5pm, Saturday 9am - 2pm, 5 days weekly
• 14 - 18 patients per day
• Outpatient clinic setting
• 2 years NP/PA primary care experience required
• Pediatrics through geriatrics patient population
• May float to other clinic locations as needed
• Pain management and controlled substance prescribing
• Hospital privileges required
