Ancillary Staff per provider: 1 Paramedic, occasionally CNAs and NPNs
Procedures offered in the practice: Emergency Care, Inpatient, Skilled Care

Lab & Pharmacy: Yes
Clinic Provider Daily Volume: ER average 3.6 patients
Average Daily Hospital Practice Census: Med/Surg 1.4 patients

Facility Reimbursement:
Flights - $750/round trip cap (to include all taxes and fees). No upgraded airfares or seat upgrades
Lodging - 1.5x the GSA rate cap average for the total stay (to include taxes and fees)
Rental Car - $55/day cap (including all taxes and fees) regardless of car class. SUV/upgrades over cap will need to be preapproved (will only be approved if needed for inclement weather)
Mileage - IRS Standard Rate
