**Assignment Details**
- Coverage Type: No Call
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm
- Guaranteed Hours: 8
- Overtime applies after 8 hours with pre-approval
- Practice Setting: Outpatient
- Patients Per Shift: 8
- Support Staff: 12 RNs, 6 office staff
- EMR: Epic
- Estimated Credentialing: 90–120 days
- Additional Notes: Seeking full-time provider or paired rotation (1 month on/off or 2 weeks on/off)

**Clinical Details**
- General anesthesia for adults and pediatrics
- Ventilation management
- Acute volume and blood pressure management
- No spinal, epidural, regional, OB, neuro, CT, vascular, or pain procedures
- No CRNA supervision
- Less-critical outpatient case mix

**Requirements**
- Board Certified or Eligible
- Active California license
- Active California DEA
- Two years of recent clinical experience required
- All gaps over three months must be explained
- Case logs required for presentation
- No admissions
- No supervision of APPs
- No teaching responsibilities

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel: Reimbursed
