Seeking an experienced, visionary OBGYN Medical Director to lead the Women’s Health Program. This unique dual-role position blends full-time clinical practice with strategic, programmatic, and leadership responsibilities. Ideal for a physician looking to influence the direction and growth of women’s health services in a thriving community.

**The OBGYN Medical Director will:**

* Provide full-time clinical care, including office visits, surgery, and deliveries
* Practice at a community hospital with a Level II NICU and approximately 1,600 deliveries per year
* Lead program development and strategic expansion for Women’s Health services across the east side of Cincinnati
* Collaborate with hospital leadership and multidisciplinary teams to enhance quality outcomes, patient satisfaction, and service-line growth
* Mentor physicians, APPs, and support certified nurse-midwives
* Partner with maternal-fetal medicine specialists from a major academic medical center
* Maintain a Monday–Friday schedule with protected administrative time
* Participate in a 1:6 call rotation

**Requirements**

* Board Certified in OB/GYN
* Active Ohio license or willingness to obtain
* Minimum 5 years of OB/GYN clinical experience
* Leadership experience – highly preferred
* Clean malpractice and license history – highly preferred
