Facility Medical Director in Arlington, WA

As the facility medical director for Cascade Valley Hospital, you'll guide an established emergency medicine (EM) team, shape clinical operations, and drive high-quality patient care in a collaborative, community-focused environment. Opportunity Overview:

• Level IV trauma center
• 16-bed emergency department
• Approximately 23,000 annual patient visits
• 29 total hospital beds
• EMR: Epic
• Admission rate: 7%
• 37 hours per day physician coverage with 9-hour shifts
• Medium acuity environment with a strong support structure

Competitive Compensation, with an estimated base salary of $250 to $250 hourly and the opportunity to earn additional bonus compensation through our RVU incentive plan.
