Job Description

TeamHealth is hiring a dedicated and compassionate licensed professional counselor (LPC), licensed mental health counselor (LMHC), or licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) to join our behavioral health team serving three skilled nursing and long-term care facilities in the North Kansas City area.

Your Role
  • Provide psychotherapy and behavioral health services to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings
  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver ongoing therapy
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to promote emotional and psychological well-being
What We're Looking For
  • Active LPC, LMHC, or LMFT license in Missouri (all supervisory hours completed)
  • Eligible for independent practice and billing
  • Strong clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills
  • A genuine commitment to improving the mental health of older adults
