* Salary Range: $324,328 - $350,625
* RVU production model begins in year two
* Compensation based on training, experience, and certifications
**Requirements:**
* Board-certified or board-eligible in Allergy & Immunology
* Eligible for medical licensure in Washington State
* A provider who values high-quality patient care and work-life balance
* Strong communication skills for patient education and team collaboration
* Ability to maintain thorough and accurate medical documentation
