An excellent full-time opportunity is available for a skilled General Surgeon to join a high-quality, well-established surgical group serving a community-based tertiary care hospital. This role offers a broad case mix, strong clinical support, and the ability to grow within a collaborative, physician-driven environment.

**About the Opportunity**
-Join a respected General Surgery team with subspecialty-focused surgeons in HPB, Endocrine, and MIS
-Practice includes both elective and acute care general surgery
-Open, laparoscopic, and robotic surgery experience required
-Dedicated OR and robotic block time available
-Work alongside specialty-trained inpatient surgical PAs and NPs
-Access to 5 Da Vinci robotic systems
-Excellent collaboration with primary care, hospitalists, radiology, and gastroenterology
-Call is 1:8
-Fellowship training in MIS or other specialty considered but not required

**Compensation & Benefits**
-Competitive base salary range: $460,000–$575,000 with productivity and quality incentives

**Candidate Requirements**
-Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery
-NYS license and DEA
-Minimally invasive surgery experience preferred
-Robotics training/certification a plus
-At least 5 years of experience
-Interest in quality improvement and care optimization
-Strong ability to work within a dynamic, team-based surgical environment
