**About the Position**
-First-year compensation range: $248,315–$268,449, plus RVU bonus potential
-1.0 FTE with flexible four- or five-day workweek options
-No call responsibilities
-Mostly outpatient practice with some inpatient consults as needed
-Consults occur at one hospital supported by a strong hospitalist program
-Provide two to four days per month of outreach care in nearby rural communities
-Work within a supportive care team that includes one full-time physician, one part-time physician, and two nurse practitioners (once fully staffed)
-Enjoy seamless workflow through Epic EMR
