A brand-new primary care clinic is opening in Wilton, offering an exciting full-time opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a growing Family Medicine team. This role provides the chance to help shape a new practice location while delivering high-quality care to patients of all ages.

**About the Opportunity**
-Join an established Family Medicine team expanding to a new clinic site
-Full-time outpatient role caring for patients across the lifespan, including pediatrics
-Provide routine physicals, preventive care, chronic disease management, women’s health services, and wellness counseling
-Work in a supportive, collaborative environment focused on patient education and long-term well-being

**Compensation & Benefits**
-Starting compensation: $130,233
-Starting bonus

**Candidate Requirements**
-Board Certified NP or PA
