An exciting full-time opportunity is available for a Family Medicine physician to help launch a brand-new primary care clinic in Wilton. This role offers the rare chance to be a founding provider at a new location while benefiting from the support of a large, established network. **About the Opportunity**
-Join a newly opened Family Medicine practice offering full-spectrum primary care for pediatrics through geriatrics
-Provide wellness exams, preventive screenings, chronic disease management, acute care, women’s health services, and lifestyle counseling
-Shared call rotation averaging about 1:70, supported by RN triage
-Physician-governed environment with opportunities for teaching, leadership, and collaboration
-Flexible schedules available: 3-, 4-, or 5-day work week
-Optional hybrid work in Hospital Medicine if desired
-Additional compensation available through APP collaboration

**Compensation & Benefits**
-Competitive starting salary: $250,000–$260,000, with additional earning potential through productivity and quality bonuses
-Starting bonus up to $75,000
-Retention bonus of $25,000
-Resident compensation available — up to $50,000 per year for early sign-on

**Candidate Requirements**
-Board Certified in Family Medicine
-New York State license and DEA required
-Open to both experienced physicians and new graduates
-Passion for providing Primary Care to patients of all ages
