Opportunity Highlights
• Join a team with a comprehensive Diabetes Center, including dietary and pharmacy support

• Work schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm (option for 3 weeks remote / 1 week on-site)

Compensation & Benefits
• Direct from training: $300,000 base + productivity bonus
• 3+ years experience: $330,000 base + productivity bonus
