-No waiting period to build your patient panel
-Call rotation: 1 in every 6th weeknight and weekend
-Provide comprehensive pediatric care including physicals, routine follow-ups, same-day sick visits, immunizations, and parent education

**Compensation & Benefits**
-Starting compensation: $260,000–$290,000

**Qualifications**
