**Assignment Details**
- Coverage need: Full-time, ASAP start once credentialed
- Setting: Hospital-based
- Schedule includes OR coverage and call
- MD to CRNA ratio varies (approximately 1:3–4)
- Eight operating rooms
- Patient population: Primarily adults; pediatrics limited to dental/eye cases
- EMR: Epic
- Case mix includes ortho, urology, eyes, endoscopy

**Clinical Details**
- Required skills include spinal anesthesia, epidural anesthesia, and regional anesthesia
- Supervision of CRNAs required
- Call includes night call 7p–7a and weekend 24-hour call

**Requirements**
- Board Certified
- Active New York license
- Active BLS, ACLS, PALS
- Must be outside a 60-mile radius
- Experience managing a mix of own cases and CRNA supervision

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
