An excellent opportunity is available for a **BC/BE Critical Care Intensivist** to join a high-acuity ICU program in West Tennessee. This role offers a stable block schedule, strong hospital resources, advanced technology, and eligibility for both **H1B and J1 visa waivers**. **Position Highlights**
-Provide full-spectrum critical care in a high-acuity environment
-ICUs include: 29-bed SICU, 12-bed MICU, 18-bed CCU
-Day model: 3 intensivists covering 12-hour shifts (block schedule)
-Night model: 1 intensivist covering 12-hour shifts (block schedule)
-Advanced cardiac and critical care capabilities: ECMO, Impella, IABP, SLED, SCUF, ARDS proning
-ICU leadership responsibilities during multidisciplinary rounds
-Participation in quality improvement and evidence-based protocol development
-EMR: Epic

**Candidate Qualifications**
-MD/DO with BC/BE in Critical Care Medicine
-Completion of ACGME-accredited Critical Care fellowship
-Excellent clinical, communication, and problem-solving skills
-Ability to perform all technical critical care procedures
-Eligible for **H1B or J1 waiver** sponsorship
