**Locums | CRNA | Clinical + Call | Franklin, PA**
**Why This Role**
- Full-time CRNA coverage supporting a busy anesthesia service
- Wide range of required anesthesia skills including cardiac, neuro, OB, trauma, and pediatrics
- In-house call rotation with strong clinical and nursing support
**Assignment Details**
- Coverage Type: Scheduled clinical hours + call
- Schedule: Full-time clinical shifts plus in-house call; 4/10 schedule not specified for this site
- Patients per shift: 10
- Setting: Inpatient
- Privileges: No hospital/surgery center privileges required
- Temp privileges: Yes
- Trauma Level: Not specified
- Support Staff: RNs 3, office staff 1
- Call requirements: In-house; response time 30 minutes; ratio 1:7
**Clinical Details**
- General anesthesia: adult, pediatric, neonatal, trauma
- Spinal and epidural anesthesia
- Regional anesthesia
- OB cases
- Neurosurgical cases: head and spine
- Open heart anesthesia
- Thoracic (non-cardiac) and complex vascular cases
- Complex orthopedic cases
- Pain management techniques
- Post-op epidural and extremity blocks
- Epidural steroid injections (lumbar and cervical)
- Transforaminal injections (lumbar and cervical)
- X-ray guidance for blocks
- Ventilation management
- Evaluation and management of acute volume/BP issues
- Central line placement
- Arterial line placement
- PA catheter placement
- CRNA supervision required
**Requirements**
- Board Certified or Eligible
- PA license
- ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS
- Ability to cover scheduled shifts and call
- Experience across full range of required anesthesia case types
**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel: Reimbursed
