**Assignment Details**
- Start: ASAP, ongoing until permanent hire
- Schedule: 14 days per month, 7 on / 7 off
- Call Type: 24-hour call including rounding and procedures
- Setting: Inpatient / hospital-based
- EMR: Epic
- Support Staff: 3 inpatient APPs dedicated to GI (assist in endoscopy and ED/floor coverage)
- Reason for Coverage: Vacancy during full-time recruitment
- Clean record required for expedited privileges
- Local preferred; no flights per facility travel notes

**Clinical Details**
- Inpatient GI coverage with rounding, consults, and ED call
- Bread-and-butter endoscopy
- ERCP highly preferred
- Estimated admissions per night: 10
- Average daily volume: 10-20 patients
- Case types: Inpatient GI, ED consults, endoscopy procedures

**Requirements**
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Kentucky license
- ACLS and DEA
- ERCP experience (highly preferred; must be clearly stated)
- Clean malpractice history
- Availability must match required schedule at name clear

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
