**Locums | CRNA | No Call | York, PA**
**Why This Role**
- High-acuity inpatient anesthesia environment with a broad case mix
- Consistent weekly coverage needs totaling six full-time CRNA FTEs
- Collaborative anesthesia team with medical direction model and strong physician support
**Assignment Details**
- Coverage Type: No Call
- Schedule: 4×10-hour shifts weekly; unpaid 30-minute break added per shift
- Additional shift configurations may be considered
- OT requires prior approval from practice manager
- Temporary privileges available
- EMR: Epic
- Level 1 trauma environment
- Support staff includes anesthesiologists and CRNAs; 16 MDs and 52 CRNAs
- CRNAs respond to code and airway calls, though locums are typically not assigned these responsibilities
- Labor epidurals and ECT cases performed by CRNAs, not assigned to locums
- Credentialing timeframe: 90–120 days

- Neuro: head and spine
- Thoracic cases
- Complex vascular
- Complex orthopedics
- Pain management techniques
- Post-op epidurals and extremity blocks
- Epidural steroid injections (lumbar and cervical)
- Transforaminal injections (lumbar and cervical)
- X-ray–guided blocks
- Ventilation management
- Evaluation/management of acute volume and BP issues
- Central line placement
- Arterial line placement
- PA catheter placement
- CRNA supervision
**Requirements**
- Licensed in PA
- Board Eligible or Certified
- ABLS
- ACLS
- ATLS
- BLS
- PALS
**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel: Reimbursed
