Job Description

A respected, physician-owned and physician-led organization in New Jersey is seeking full-time and part-time emergency medicine physicians to join its close-knit, well-established group. This team values quality of life, teamwork, and long-term stability, making it an excellent opportunity for EM-trained clinicians who prioritize location, lifestyle, and supportive colleagues over high-intensity or high-volume financial models. Candidates must be board certified or board eligible in emergency medicine. The group welcomes physicians certified through either ABEM or AAPS. A New Jersey license is required. The hospital is conveniently located within driving distance of New York City and offers a moderate-volume emergency department staffed with strong specialty support--nothing is lacking in terms of consult availability. Physicians enjoy a balanced schedule of ten 12-hour shifts per month and a competitive, non-negotiable compensation structure that reflects the group's commitment to fairness and sustainability. Malpractice insurance with tail coverage is fully provided.
