The Role:
Location: Houston, TX
Assignment duration: starting January 1st ongoing
Level II Trauma Facility
Hours: 8/10/12 Hour Shifts available
Call: Must be open to call, as needed. Inhouse 3p-7aModel: Supervision (not medical direction)
Anesthesia Team: 3 General MDs, 1 CV MD, 14 CRNAs
Operating Rooms: 14Annual OR Volume: ~8,800 cases
Annual Deliveries: ~2,000Case Types: GI, OB, GYN, Neuro, Thoracic, Vascular, Podiatry
CV Cases: Performed by dedicated CV anesthesiologist
OB Coverage: Must be proficient in spinals for C-sections (especially for in-house call)
EMR: Paper Credentialing (Clean File): ~60 days, Temps Available
