The Role:
Location: Wexford County, MI / Cadillac, MI
Assignment duration: start ASAP and work as soon as credentialed.
1 FTE with Call Rotation 1d/wk and 1 weekend/mo
Weekday Shift times: 0700am -0500pmWeekday Call Shift times: 05:30pm-07:00am
Weekend Call Shift Times: 0700am 0700am
Trauma Level/Designation: 3Annual ER Volume: 23555
Average Number of Surgical Cases Per Day: 25
Patient Age Demographic: All Ages
Description of OR Staff: Four part-time MDA's. three full-time CRNA's
Number of Operating Rooms: 5Documentation System/EMR: Plexus
Experience Requirement: Must have experience with Regional Blocks, & OB.
Certification Requirement: BLS, ACLS, PALS, AANA BC, Active MI License, MUST participate in MI Medicaid/CHAMPS
Will call be in house? No
Additional cases: Ortho, general surgery, scopes, dental, uro
No supervision, provider will work independently
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 Days
