The Role:
• Location: Hummelstown / Hershey, PA
• Assignment duration: Locum Radiologist needed to start ASAP and work ongoing
• PA license preferred.
• Coverage: 9 hour shift.
• No Call.
• Practice Settings: Outpatient.
• Should be fellowship trained in Abdominal Imaging
• The duties include the performance and or interpretation of fluoroscopic studies, Ultrasound, CT and MRI. Radiology assistants and PA do help in performing some fluoroscopic exams. Should be comfortable with tertiary level care type of exams, and oncologic imaging.
• Fluoroscopic exams in abdominal imaging, such as barium swallows, modified barium swallows, upper GI studies, VCUG, etc.
• Penn State does not accept IMLC
• Required Specialty Skills: General, General (plain films), Fluoroscopic - general, Fluoroscopic - Barium G.I. Studies, General including musculoskeletal, General Including musculoskeletal.
• Preferred Specialty Skills: General, Abdominal/Pelvis.
• Fellowship: Required.
• BLS. Licensed in PA only.
• Level 1 Trauma.
• Credentialing: 60 - 90 days
• EMR: MEDHOST.
• Credentialing: 1 week for temps.
