The Role:
• Location: near Hickory, NC
• Assignment duration: Locum Obstetrics/Gynecologist needed to start ASAP and work ongoing
• NC license preferred.
• There is potential need for pick up dates between 9/11/25 and 12/31/2524 hour call only, 7a-7a. No clinic. Call Type: Beeper.
• Practice Settings: Inpatient.
• Clean history to get through emergency privileges. Required Specialty Skills: Low risk pregnancy, High risk pregnancy, FHR interpretation - NST/CST/FSE, OB Ultrasounds - Performance of, interpretation, Level I/Screening (viability), Level II/Targeted (anatomic), Routine delivery, Vaginal, Decision-making for c-section, Complicated delivery, C-section, Breech, Multiple births, Abruptions, VBAC and 39;s, Repair of 3rd; 4th degree lacerations, Surgical gynecology, Open, Laparoscopic diagnostic/minor only - tubal ligation, LOA's, chronal tubation, Operative/major (includes diagnostic) - ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy, extensive LOA and 39;s.ABLS, BLS.
• EMR: Cerner.
• Credentialing: 30 - 90 days
