The Role:
Location: Haltom City / Fort Worth, TX
Assignment duration: Start ASAP and work 6 - 9 months with a possibility of extension TX license preferred.
Shift: 3x12. Need to at least work Sunday 7a-7p. No call.
Medical direction.
CRNA needs to be able to do spinals.
Adult / Geriatric / Adolescent.
Must have 3+ years of experience and clean MP.
Types of cases: Gyn- ortho- neurospine- general- urology- endoscopy- IR, some CV ( or open hearts).- Vascular- robotic.
EMR: Epic.
Credentialing timeframe: 90 days
