The Role:
• Location: Near Farmington, MO
• Assignment duration: Locum OBGYN needed starting as soon as credentialed and work for 3 months w/ option to extend
• Shift Details: 1 week/month 24hr call 7a-7a
• Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: cover 7 day stretches of call. Call can be done off site but must be present to hospital within 30 minutes.
• Department Description: At present, the call system is set to 1 and 2, with the FMOB requiring additional support from the OBGYN. The OB and ED departments will reach out for any in-house requirements, ensuring a response time of within 10 minutes
• Average: 534 deliveries per year
• Support Staff: 1 – OBGYN, 1 FMOB, 2 APP’s
• Skills Required: Vaginal births, cesarean sections, tubal ligation, hysterectomy, and dilation and curettage (D;C) are performed.
• EMR: Epic
• Board Certification: Required
• License Required: Active MO license
• Minimum Experience Required: 2+ years
• Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days.
