• Block schedule with 14 shifts per month for excellent work-life balance
• 12-hour shifts rotating days and nights but mostly day shifts
• Must manage ventilators and provide ICU care in 6-bed unit
• Required procedures: paracentesis, thoracentesis, central lines, intubations
• Team of 4 hospitalists and 3 APPs with excellent hospital support
• Hospital-employed position with malpractice coverage included
• Board-certified in internal medicine required, no visa sponsorship
• 18 - 22 patients per day split between hospitalist and APP
