- Credentialing timeframe: 60 days with active Indiana license, 90 days without

**Clinical Details**
- Hematology care (50%)
- Oncology care (50%)
- Management of VAD and CV catheters
- Bone marrow biopsy
- Participation on tumor board
- Bone marrow transplant management
- Blood bank coordination
- Ordering diagnostic testing and imaging
- Chemotherapy management and oversight
- Medication prescribing

**Requirements**
- Board Certified with AMBS or AOA certification in one specialty and demonstrated competency in the other
- Active Indiana medical license
- BLS certification

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel: Reimbursed
