**NP Hospitalist Opportunity**
**Location: Mt. Pleasant, IA**
Position Highlights
• One-week on / one-week off schedule (168 shifts per year = two extra weeks off)
• $150,000+ annual compensation with a $15,000 commencement bonus
• Full benefits, malpractice coverage included
• Autonomy in practice with support from a collaborative Hospitalist team
• Role includes admissions, discharges, and daily rounding
• Work closely with nursing, social work, the ED, and specialty teams
• No ICU coverage
• Manageable patient load (around 10–12 patients per shift)
• Stable, independent health system with diverse pathology and no local competition
