The employer is offering base salary up to $395,000! 2 hrs to Saint Louis and Indianapolis, 2.5 hours to Chicago. This is a great town to raise a family, as the cost of living is 16.7% lower than the national average.

Hospital Employee, Inpatient only.
7 on/7 off days.
No Call.

403B with employer match up to 6%.
No Procedures Required.
Retention Bonus available - $60,000 total paid $20,000 at the end of years 1, 2 & 3.
Codes required (will not be in charge of every one but will be expected to respond), procedures preferred but not required.
Average of 15-18 patients a day.
$75,000 sign on bonus.
Paid Malpractice.
Open ICU with intensivist coverage.
Option 1: $395,000 for 2184 worked hours (7 on/7 off). 182 shifts per year.
Option 2: $325,000 for 1880 worked hours (7 on/7 off). 156 shifts per year with scheduled time off by request with reasonable notice.
Relocation Reimbursement up to $15k.
