Job Details
Scheduled clinic hours + 24-hour call (6–7 days per week)
Weekday clinic typically 12p–4p; occasional 8-hour clinic day with no call
Inpatient + outpatient coverage
EMR: Epic
Patients per shift: 0–4
Rounding on assigned & unassigned patients
Support staff: 1–3 RNs, 1–3 MAs, 2 office staff
No temporary privileges available

Requirements
OB/GYN residency
Board Eligible or Board Certified
WI license or IMLC
BLS

Full-scope OB & GYN skills including:
Low & high-risk pregnancies
FHR interpretation
OB ultrasound (required)
Amniocentesis
Vaginal deliveries, low forceps, C-sections
Complicated OB (breech, multiples, abruptions, VBACs)
Repair of 3rd/4th degree lacerations
GYN surgeries (open, laparoscopic minor, ectopic, cystectomy, LOA, oophorectomy)

Other Notes
Must manage in-basket tasks, lab results, and RN questions while on call
First assignment: Dec 27 (7 a.m.) – Jan 2 (7 a.m.)
