**Assignment Details**
- Coverage dates: 1/19/2026 – ongoing
- Coverage type: Call only
- Schedule: 5–7 call days per month, Monday–Sunday rotation possible
- Call structure: Beeper, 30-minute response expectation
- Patient mix: Approximately 3 seen per shift; roughly 3 admissions per shift
- Phone consults: Approximately 5 per shift
- Practice setting: Inpatient only
- Rounding: Assigned patients
- EMR system: Epic
- Support resources: RN, MA, two APPs, office staff
- Temporary privileges: Available for clean submissions

**Clinical Details**
- Scope: Full inpatient urology coverage with surgical responsibilities
- Required skills: Adult general urology, laparoscopic procedures, ureteroscopy, nephrectomy, prostatectomy, pelvic node dissection, robotic surgery, renal and bladder ultrasound
- Preferred skills: Advanced endoscopy, PCNL, cystectomy, radical prostatectomy, TRUS biopsies, ESWL, incontinence procedures
- No clinic work or teaching duties
- No APP supervision required

**Requirements**
- Board certification in Urology
- Active WA license or IMLC accepted
- BLS, ABLS, and PALS
- Must meet all surgical competency requirements
- No hospital privileges needed prior to start (temp available for clean files)

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel: Reimbursed
