Call Coverage: 5–7 days per month (Monday–Sunday rotation possible)
Call Type: Beeper
Call Response Time: 30 minutes
Patients Seen: ~3 per shift
Admissions: ~3 per shift
Phone Consults: ~5 per shift
Practice Setting: Inpatient only
No clinic responsibilities
Rounding: Assigned patients
EMR: Epic
Support Staff: 1 RN, 1 MA, 2 APPs, 1 office staff
Temporary privileges available for clean files

Requirements
Board Certified in Urology
Active WA license or IMLC
BLS and ABLS
PALS
Must meet full surgical skill requirements listed
No teaching or APP supervision required

Skills
Required: General Urology (adult), laparoscopic surgeries, ureteroscopy, nephrectomy, prostatectomy, pelvic node dissection, robotic surgery, renal/bladder ultrasound
Preferred: Advanced endoscopy, PCNL, cystectomy, radical prostatectomy, TRUS biopsies, ESWL, incontinence procedures
