Travel Registered Nurse (RN) — Emergency Room (Fort Defiance, AZ)

Join a busy ER team in Fort Defiance, AZ on a contract/travel assignment starting ASAP. You’ll work day shifts (7a–7p) in a fast-paced emergency environment, covering a 36-hour block for a pay rate of $2,941.

What you’ll do

• Triage and evaluate patients as they arrive, prioritizing care based on acuity.
• Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions as needed.
• Continuously monitor patient status and promptly report changes to physicians and the care team.
• Maintain clear, accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
• Provide education and discharge instructions to patients and families.
• Contribute to ER quality improvement and safety initiatives.

What we’re looking for

• Active RN license in the practicing state.
• ER experience preferred; strong acute care background acceptable.
• Excellent clinical judgment, critical-thinking abilities, and communication skills.
• BLS required; ACLS, PALS, or TNCC certifications preferred.
