Join a team in Redding, CA, providing outpatient cardiology coverage on a locum tenens basis. This role is supplemental coverage starting ASAP and continuing on an ongoing basis. You’ll work clinically only, seeing an average of about 20 patients per day and practicing full-scope general cardiology. The schedule is two weeks per month for 6–9 months: Monday–Thursday 8:00–5:00, and Friday 8:00–12:00. Cerner is the EMR in use, and you’ll be supported by an MA/Clinical Supervisor and an RN. Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance are provided.
Minimum requirements: an active California medical license, board certification, completion of a cardiology residency/fellowship, and a clean professional record (or only dismissed claims).
