Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Room | Great Falls, MT (Days/Nights)

We’re looking for a dependable RN to join a busy emergency department in Great Falls, MT. This full-time role has flexible day and night shift options and is available to start right away. If you enjoy fast-paced work, quick decision-making, and being part of a close-knit clinical team, this could be a great fit.

What you’ll be doing:

• Quickly triage and assess patients when they arrive, prioritizing care based on need.
• Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions as required.
• Continuously monitor patients, recognize changes in condition, and communicate those findings to physicians and the care team.
• Keep accurate, timely documentation of all care and patient interactions.
• Provide clear education and discharge instructions to patients and their families about treatment and follow-up.
• Contribute to quality improvement and safety initiatives within the ER.

What we’re looking for:

• Active RN license in the state where you’ll practice.
• ER experience is ideal; strong candidates with an acute care background will also be considered.
• Solid clinical skills, good critical thinking, and strong communication abilities.
• BLS is required; ACLS, PALS, or TNCC certifications are preferred.
