Requirements:

• Active RN license in practicing state
• Pediatric nursing or outpatient clinic experience preferred
• BLS required; PALS preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient-education skills

Core Responsibilities:

• Perform pediatric patient assessments, obtain vitals, and monitor health status
• Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments safely and per protocol
• Provide clear education to patients and families on disease management, prevention, and treatment plans
• Accurately document patient care and report changes in condition to the healthcare team
• Collaborate with providers and clinic staff to coordinate patient care
