Home Health RN (Contract) — York, ME | $2,280/40hr, Flexible Travel Role

We’re looking for a skilled Registered Nurse to join a home health team in York, Maine on a contract/travel basis. This role starts ASAP and offers $2,280 for a 40-hour week.

What you’ll do:

• Visit patients in their homes to assess health status and create individualized care plans, then track and evaluate outcomes.
• Deliver hands-on nursing care such as medication administration, wound care, and management of chronic conditions.
• Teach patients and families about disease management, medications, lifestyle changes, and self-care techniques so they can stay as healthy and independent as possible.
• Monitor and document patient progress, report changes to physicians, and coordinate with the broader care team.
• Follow infection control, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.
• Provide emotional support and help connect patients and families with home-care resources.
• Contribute to quality improvement efforts and pursue ongoing professional development.

What we’re looking for:

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• 1–2 years of nursing experience (home health experience is a plus).
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple patient visits efficiently.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; additional certifications are a plus.
