RN Home Health (Days) — Home Visits, Renal/Peritoneal Care, $2,952/40-hr (Pittsfield, MA)

Join a contracted opportunity in Pittsfield, MA to provide home-based renal nursing and patient education. This day-shift role runs 10-hour shifts (7:00 AM–5:30 PM) with no routine weekends; holiday coverage may be required. Assignment begins ASAP and pays $2,952 per 40-hour week.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver peritoneal dialysis education and home health nursing to renal patients
• Travel to patient homes as needed to provide care and training
• Coordinate care, document interventions, and communicate with the interdisciplinary team

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of recent RN experience
• Active Massachusetts RN license
• BLS (AHA)
• Willingness to travel to patient homes; candidate must provide a personal, insured vehicle and maintain a clean driving record
• Permanent address required
• Baxter AMIA Peritoneal Cycler experience strongly preferred
