Travel RN – Home Health & Hospice (Roseau, MN)

We’re looking for a compassionate, skilled Registered Nurse to join a contract/travel assignment in Roseau, MN. This role is focused on home health and hospice care, with a varied shift schedule and an immediate start. The assignment pays $2,280 per 40-hour week.

What you’ll be doing

• Visit patients in their homes to assess health status and create individualized care plans.
• Safely administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions.
• Provide clear patient and family education, plus emotional support during difficult moments.
• Monitor and document patient progress, reporting changes to the interdisciplinary care team.
• Maintain accurate records and follow regulatory and quality standards.

What we’re looking for

• Active RN license in the practicing state.
• Experience in home health, hospice, or palliative care is preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and the ability to teach patients and families.
• BLS certification required; hospice or palliative care certification is a plus.
